Peg off the guards first and then work on the Beserkers with the Chaingun or Hyperblaster before they get to you. Pick up all the health and ammo outside before you head off to the doorway on the right. If you drop down into the corner (just below the doorway to the cave entrance), youΓÇÖll find a ledge holding a Power Shield and some health. Quickly run across the lava onto the shallow island and back onto land - if you do it right, you may only lose five health points or so.
